4. Work on the scheme starts 15 days after the approval of the tender.

Funds under Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana
1. Under Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana, funds are released in 2 installments.
2. Installation amount is provided up to 50% of the product value.
3. Balance amount will be refunded in second installation.
4. The second installment is provided after 60% of the funds of the first installment are utilized and 80% of the work is completed.
5. To get the second installation, Utilization Certificate Audit Statement of India Certificate has to be submitted.
