Step 1: First of all you click on this UIDAI website https://uidai.gov.in/ .

Step 2: Next, click on “ Aadhaar Services ”.

Step 3: Then click on “ Authentication History ”.

Step 4: There, enter your “ 12 Digit Aadhaar Number or 16 Digit Virtual ID” and “Security Code ”. 

Step 5: After entering click on “ Send OTP or Enter TOTP ” button.

Step 6: After filling all the information there click on “ Verify OTP/TOTP ” button.

Step 7: Just do this process, you will see the “ Record List ” of your Aadhaar card history .
