Under this recruitment process, 3004 rural postal workers will be recruited in Uttar Pradesh. While 2292 in Tamil Nadu, 1870 in Assam, 1385 in Kerala, 1203 in Gujarat, 1215 in Andhra Pradesh, 1135 in Karnataka and 1101 in Odisha will be recruited on vacant posts. Apart from this, recruitment will also be done in West Bengal, Bihar, Madhya Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Telangana, Punjab, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir and Delhi. Candidates who have passed class 10 can apply for this post. The minimum age of the applicant should be 18 years and the maximum age should be 40 years. As per the government rules, age relaxation will be given to reserved category candidates. The application fee has been kept at Rs 100, but female candidates, SC/ST, Divyang and Transwomen category applicants will not have to pay any fee.
